House Rules
Dear guests, in order to make your stay in our apartments as pleasant as possible, please observe the following house rules:
- Check-in: 2:00 PM
- Check-out: by 10:00 AM
Take care of the apartment
- Guests are obliged to leave the apartment in a neat and clean condition, in which they found it.
- Please dispose of trash and wash dishes if used.
- In case of significant mess, we reserve the right to charge additional cleaning. Guests are obliged to report and compensate for all incurred damages.
General rules and restrictions
- Please respect quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM
- Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment. Smoking is permitted on the terrace only.
- Pets are not allowed, unless approved in advance by the host.
- Maximum occupancy: 4 guests per apartment. Extra guests must be approved in advance.
Electric Scooters
- Included in the price; used at your own risk
- Only registered guests may use the scooters
- Must be returned daily by 8:00 PM
- After use, scooters must be placed on the charger
- Guests must monitor battery level before and during use
- Usage is permitted only after accepting the terms of use
Laundry & Ironing Service
- Available upon request, arranged with staff
- Service provided by ladies from the same building section
- Price: 500 RSD per use
Electronic Safe
- Each apartment has a private electronic safe
- PIN code and instructions are provided after full payment upon arrival
- Please lock the safe when leaving the apartment
