Reservation
The guest can reserve the apartment directly through the website (on-line) or on the spot (last-minute reservation).
Online – direct reservations through the site
30% advance online + the rest upon arrival.
The usual practice in hotel and apartment accommodation is an advance payment of 30% – for your safety and ours, advance payment is mandatory.
In this way, we avoid false reservations and provide security for both the guests and the host.
The minimum length of stay/reservation is 2 nights.
For a minimum stay of 3 nights, we grant a 5% discount from the base price, minimum of 7 nights – 10% discount, minimum of 14 nights – 15% discount.
Payment via secure systems Stripe/PayPal (payment by card) – 30% advance.
The guest pays the rest of the amount (70%) in cash upon arrival at the apartment (payment by card on the spot is not possible).
How does payment on the site work
- Choose the desired term in our online calendar and click on “Search (Raspoloživost)”.
- Fill in the required fields in our online form.
- Clicking the button will open a secure Stripe or PayPal page with the correct amount for your reservation.
- You pay with any Visa, MasterCard, Maestro or American Express card, regardless of whether you have a PayPal account.
- After payment, you automatically receive a reservation confirmation by e-mail.
